Business License Online Renewal

Eligibility

Some businesses may not be eligible to renew online. If you are having any difficulties renewing you can contact Business Licensing at BusinessLicense@CityofRC.us.

Business licenses can now be renewed online. Renewal notices are emailed approximately 30 days prior to the expiration of your business license.

If you need to make changes to key information such as your business name, street address or description; or the names of your owners/partners, you may send an email to BusinessLicense@CityofRC.us.
Process
Please allow up to 10 business days, after completing the online renewal process, to receive your new business license.

Enter your business license account #. This number can be found on your renewal form in the upper left section.
PIN
Enter your online renewal pin #. This number can be found on your renewal form in the bottom right corner. Click here to have the PIN emailed to the primary contact's email on file.
